Roof Washing

Dark stains on your roof are caused by an algae called “gloeocapsa magma”. We remove stains and algae from your roof by applying a highly concentrated solution on the affected area for .5-1 hour then thoroughly rinsing with water. We use very low water pressure to insure no shingles get damaged, and take special precautions with cleaning solution runoff to guarantee all landscaping remains unharmed.
